We are seriously. So. Excited!!! Have you been looking for a school counseling podcast that talks about all things school counseling?! Look no further! We have just launched our Counselor Accents podcast. You can also view our video podcast.
We have big plans for this school counseling podcast. We like to think of ourselves as equal parts entertaining and informative, and we hope after the first episode you feel the same way about us! Some weeks we will have guests. Some weeks it will just be us. It’s going to be a visual/audio podcast so you can watch or listen! We have a big book of episodes we plan on doing. Understanding the Impact of Maslow Before Bloom with Dr. Bryan Pearlman– Dr. Bryan Pearlman, author of the book, Whatever It Takes for All Students to Succeed in School and Life, shares wisdom on what preparations we can make now to support faculty and students with increasing mental health concerns amid the COVID-19 pandemic.  Dr. Pearlman is a former administrator (and self-admitted teacher at heart), therapist, and co-founder of the non-profit Distinguished School of Mental Health and Wellness program.  He runs a Facebook group called Maslow Before Bloom where like-minded people can discuss the connections between mental health, trauma, and education.
